Prices & Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Paypal). Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the check out process. An invoice will be emailed to you once full payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
To ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely we use Australia Post Parcel delivery network. No responsibility is taken for damage to goods caused by Australia Post. As the majority of our gifts and keepsakes require personalistion we require time to allow our talented artists to hand write in glitter calligraphy. We endevour for all orders to leave our warehouse within 5 days unless otherwise advised by The Christmas Cart. Should you require a faster delivery choose our express delivery option. For Australian orders, our delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery schedules, however our experience is that orders are delivered within 1-3 days of leaving our warehouse. We can send goods in any country that is within Australia Post’s International network. Our international orders are sent using Australia Post Air Mail service at a flat fee of AUD$19.95. It is your responsibility to ensure all text and order details are correct. Please check spelling carefully as we write exactly as you have provided. Calligraphy positioning and colour will be at Artists’s discretion unless otherwise advised. Please note there are NO refunds or replacements. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility. Colour may vary slightly to one shown on website.
We offer a 7 day refund policy if the product you have received is not as shown on the website. Items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. No refunds will be given on custom designed invitations.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Should The Christmas Cart be unable to supply to the exact specifications of the ordered product we shall advise you within 24 hours of the first working day from which you placed your order and provide a substitute. You are under no obligation to accept the substitute.
Ownership & Copyright
All designs remain the property of The Christmas Cart and may not be sold, copied or reproduced without written permission from The Christmas Cart. All images you supply to us are to be provided with the expressed consent of the owners of these images. At no time are you supply images to us for reproduction which are breaking copyright. All materials you provide to us to complete your order will be returned to you via Australia Post – Express Post with your order. All care but no responsibility can be taken for delivery of these materials once it leaves our premises.
