Prices & Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Paypal). Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the check out process. An invoice will be emailed to you once full payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
To ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely we use Australia Post Parcel delivery network and Fastway Couriers. For Australian orders, our delivery is subject to our partner delivery schedules, however our experience is that orders are delivered within 1-3 days of leaving our warehouse in capital cities and eastern states. Regional areas, WA, NT and SA may take longer.
Privacy Policy
Christmas Memories understands that the information you provide to us is private and confidential. We will not pass on any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties. Information is never shared or sold to any other company.
Refunds
We offer a 7 day refund policy if the product you have received is not as shown on the website. Items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods by emailing [email protected]. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded.
